Shanks is a ton of love trapped beneath a shy exterior. Having been vrought up outside at a young age by Momma, Shanks is still very unsure of his trust in people. But if you're gentle and he feels safe, he is one of the sweetest cats I have met.
He loves to give you firm and aggressive headbutts, marking you and letting you know how much he loves you, particularly during feeding time. He loves scritches behind his ears and rubs on his rump. He will look up at you with the big kitty eyes and ask softly for pets with the squeakiest meow.
Shanks also loves to wrestle with some of the other more playful cats, and is the only one his sister, Eevee will play with. I often catch them off on their own cuddling or playing, on occasion running through the house in a merry chase of one another.
He is the beefiest and densest boy around, but his muscles are all filled with love, just waiting for the right person to give it to. I do recommend taking him with his sister and possibly mother as they have always been together and would have an easier time adapting and finding love together. But, alone or not, Shanks needs a calm and quiet environment to find his forever family and truly come out of his shell.
*More photos will be added when found/taken. He always seem to not be around when I have camera ready*
