We met when we both had only 1 cat each: Pan and Bats. Pan had been with his mother for a few years and Bats was still a small baby, recovering from being deathly ill as a kitten. After getting together, family had to pass Sky to us, and Zora found us on his own by showing up at our doorstep. Shortly after that, a family's cat had kittens, and that is how we got Beans, Elune, TBJ, and their other 2 sibilings we adopted out.
We eventually moved into a bigger house and were able to bring all of our babies together. There we found Momma, and started working on her to catch her. Bats even became her friend in his supervised outside time. Eventually, she did reveal Shanks and Evee and we brought them into our home. Finally when she gave birth to another litter that had Barbera, Prissy, Burger, Aro, and Asbestos, we were able to catch her. We found Aro and Asbestos homes quickly but have had the others since.
A year or so ago a large snowstorm hit our area and we found 7 kittens lost in the cold. One escaped by prying open our air vents, and we found homes for all but two, Josie and Cleo. Josie was injured and we ere very glad she recovered and became the sweet baby we know and love today, along with Cleo, her best friend.
While trying to find homes for all the babies, a family member rescued a small litter of kittens. Two sadly passed before we took over and took in Steven and his remaining two siblings. We found them homes and were left with our stretchy boy. And earlier this year (at the time of writing) we picked up an abandoned kitten we named Nimbus, mistakingly believing that she was an abandoned Asbestos. She wasn't, but she has become a beloved part of our household.
We love all of our cats, and all of those we've rescued. We sadly cannot afford to keep them all forever and want them to find their perfect homes with a family that can meet all of their needs. Thank you for reading <3
Bats is our little void boy. He is a cuddly boy who loves to take care of his siblings and lay with his dad. He is also a trouble-maker prone to trying to escape to eat grass.
Sky is a cat who passed hands from family members into our care years ago. She is now Queen of the cats, but a timid one. Bullied by the boys, she prefers to spend her time high up, surveying her kingdom, when she isn't pestering us to pet her in a very specific way.
Zora is our resident orange boy. While he may still be smart, he loves to lounge and stare at walls when him and his brothers aren't bodyslamming each other like the living room is WWE.
Steven is our floppiest cat. All of his siblings found homes, but him and his lack of braincells found a home in our hearts.
Nimbus is our youngest baby and she is fluffy and bratty. She is our resident bedroom kitty and gets spoiled every way that there is.
Beans is our cuddliest cat by far. She is a love-bug who can spend all day in bed with you, but will be sure to have her opinion heard. You can spend hours just having a conversation with her, a true yapper.
Pan is the oldest of our cats and by far the fluffiest. He is a forest cat is his own right who loves his butt smacks and catnip trips whenever he can get it. Keep your shoes away from him though, he's obsessed!
